We have a whole set of procedures to assess our OEM factory. Through regular product quality spot checks, we can find problems in production at the first time. We will bear any direct or indirectly loss if happens.
Merlinchem can offer 1 KG free samples for customers. For more quantities, customers only need to pay the freight which can be refunded when customers place any orders.
It depends on the products. Merlinchem will book the earliest shipment for customers. Generally, the delivery time can be less than 2 weeks.
Generally, MOQ is 1 MT. However, you can contact us if you need a smaller quantity.
